The staff at Nuo, starting at reception to cleaning, provided us with excellent services. Pushkars service at breakfast was exceptional and Pankaj, the chef was not only a great chef but always wore a smile that made our day. The rooms were pleasant, with adequate amenities, loved the comfortable pillows. We had issues with the air-conditioning
in one of our rooms , it was sorted out promptly by Mohan, he helped changed our rooms twice. The hotel is well situated. The team at reception were always pleasant and ready to assist, especially Ricky and Nei. Thank you Neo staff for a brilliant 6 night stay, will definitely be back the next time we are in Delhi.
